About The Position

Pleasant Holidays is seeking enthusiastic, people-focused Concierge Sales Agents to serve as Ambassadors of Aloha on the Island of Oahu - Honolulu. In this role, you will work one-on-one with guests at hotel concierge desks, helping them plan and book memorable tours and activities on the island and throughout the neighbor islands. This position offers the opportunity to be a friendly face of Aloha while earning strong pay, commission, and travel perks.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (required)
  • On-Island Residency Required - must currently live on the island to be considered
  • Weekend availability required
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service (preferred)
  • Background in tourism, hospitality, or travel (highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands (or eagerness to learn!)
  • POS experience is a plus (training provided)
  • Fluency in Japanese (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with guests at hotel concierge desks.
  • Help guests plan and book memorable tours and activities.
  • Serve as an Ambassador of Aloha.
