About The Position

The Host plays an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for guests at Blue Sushi Sake Grill in Nashville. The role involves welcoming and seating guests promptly and efficiently, managing the waitlist, assisting with carry-out orders, and helping deliver food to tables as needed. Hosts should know the menu well enough to answer guest questions and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming guest area throughout each visit. They collaborate with the team to support smooth restaurant operations and exceptional service. Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast is a plus.
