About The Position

The Restaurant Host at Stories on High welcomes and escorts guests, helping deliver memorable hospitality experiences. The role creates a warm first impression, manages seating and dining-room flow, responds to guest questions and requests, and supports outlet operations through opening and closing tasks and service preparation.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and accountability, and urgency and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and quickly ascertain their needs.
• Seat guests, manage the seating chart, and monitor dining activity to maintain a smooth experience.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Perform opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with service preparation, including stocking and folding silverware.
