Host - Maple & Rye
About The Position
Maple & Rye is hiring part-time and/or full-time Hosts/Hostesses to help ensure guests have a positive experience from arrival through departure. The role involves warmly welcoming guests, managing the wait list, answering and directing telephone calls, gathering information, taking and assisting with to-go orders, communicating guest concerns to a Manager, helping fellow team members when appropriate, and bussing and sanitizing tables after use. The position is suited to friendly, outgoing, high-energy people who can work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment. Hosts must be able to stand for long periods and safely lift and maneuver food trays when necessary. One year of hosting experience is preferred.
Requirements
