About The Position
Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing warm hospitality and service. They welcome Guests, manage the wait list, respond to telephone calls, communicate concerns to management, and support fellow Team Members in maintaining a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. No experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet Guests with a smile.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
- Manage the wait list.
- Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
- Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
- Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
