About The Position

Cane Rosso at The Star in Frisco is hiring Hosts and To-Go team members to help create a welcoming guest experience. This front-of-house role involves greeting guests, managing seating and waitlists, answering phones, organizing to-go orders, and coordinating with the restaurant team. Candidates should be organized, personable, and able to stay composed in a fast-paced restaurant. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant or hosting experience is preferred.
• Experience with OpenTable Guest Center is a plus and may qualify the candidate for higher pay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude.
• Manage seating, reservations, and waitlists using OpenTable Guest Center.
• Communicate with servers, bartenders, and managers to keep restaurant service flowing.
• Answer phones promptly and help guests with questions.
• Take and organize to-go orders accurately.
• Keep the host stand organized and ready for the shift.
• Anticipate guest needs and support teammates as needed.
• Help ensure guests leave with a positive impression.
