About The Position

PILF Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for Cane Rosso to lead restaurant operations and teams. The role involves overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house staff, delivering strong service and guest experiences, managing financial and operational performance, supporting marketing and community partnerships, and maintaining a safe, clean, compliant, and guest-ready restaurant. The General Manager will also work with HR on staffing and team development and mentor managers. The position is in a high-volume, high-energy environment and requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of full-service management experience.
Guest-focused, service-driven leadership and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Technology skills with systems such as Aloha/NCR, R365, Google Suite, and OpenTable.
Financial skills, including the ability to read reports and make appropriate operational decisions.
High energy and resilience, with readiness to run a restaurant.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift, and to work through 8–12-hour shifts.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
