About The Position

Four Corners Taphouse is seeking fun, outgoing, and high-energy Hosts and Hostesses. Hosts help ensure guests have a positive experience from arrival through departure by providing a warm welcome, managing the wait list, and assisting with guest communications and to-go orders. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, always ready to greet guests with a smile.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Work with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every guest.
• Answer telephone calls, gather information, direct calls, and take to-go orders.
• Communicate guest concerns to the Manager as appropriate.
• Manage the wait list.
• Help fellow team members when appropriate.
