About The Position
The Host greets guests warmly and escorts them to their tables, helping ensure their experience starts positively. The role also involves scheduling reservations, planning table assignments, and making guests’ waiting time as positive as the rest of their visit. The position is part of a restaurant team focused on service, fresh ingredients, and inspired dishes in a dynamic, lively environment. The role requires afternoon and evening availability, including weekends.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail, restaurant service, or other hospitality-related setting.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with a restaurant point-of-sale system, such as Micros or OpenTable.
