About The Position

Hosts welcome Guests as they arrive at Chili’s restaurants and help create a warm, hospitable experience. They manage the wait list, answer and direct telephone calls, relay Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, assist fellow Team Members, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires a friendly, caring attitude and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
