About The Position
Quality Assurance Specialists ensure each Guest receives perfectly prepared, high-quality food and provide dependable, fast service. The role focuses on food quality, maintaining the flow and pace of kitchen orders, following safety and sanitation procedures, and communicating with team members across the restaurant. The position is based at the Mercer County Chili's location. No experience is necessary.
