We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who can greet guests with a smile, assist them with inquiries, and handle cashiering duties efficiently. As a Host, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for our guests.

Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs
Efficiently handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and lobby
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Offer suggestions and recommendations for nearby attractions, dining options, and activities
Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving guest issues or concerns
Uphold the hotel/resort's brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture
Providing friendly, efficient, and professional service in a fast-paced seasonal bar or event environment.
Guest service, beverage preparation, order taking, table maintenance, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Availability for exclusively evening shifts, including weekends and holiday nights, 3–4 nights/week.
Seasonal dates of operation: 11/15/25 through 12/28/25.
Supporting our holiday pop-up bar with full holiday cheer and a love for all things festive.
Willingness to wear festive wardrobe (provided).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
