About The Position

Join our holiday team as a Server and be an integral part of creating exceptional holiday experiences for our guests. Seasonal Pop-Up Bar Staff are responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service in a fast-paced seasonal bar or event environment. Team members may work as servers, bussers, or bartenders depending on business needs. Responsibilities include guest service, beverage preparation, order taking, table maintenance, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Requirements

Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
High school diploma or equivalent required
Six months to one year serving experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Read, write and speak English fluently
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering any questions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience.
Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.
Availability for exclusively evening shifts, including weekends and holiday nights, 3–4 nights/week.
Seasonal dates of operation: 11/15/25 through 12/28/25.
Supporting our holiday pop-up bar with full holiday cheer and a love for all things festive.
Willingness to wear festive wardrobe (provided).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
