About The Position

Mission Yogurt is seeking a warm, energetic, and dependable Host to join our team at Williams & Graham! The Host is responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating and wait times, and maintaining an organized and efficient front-of-house area. This role supports a smooth guest flow and works closely with the service team to ensure a positive dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Interact with incoming and departing guests warmly with genuine intent and eye contact;
Walking guests to either bar or dining area and being able to communicate our greet;
Present menus, inform guests of the server’s name, and other pertinent information such as promotions;
Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests;
Tend to the unique needs and requests of guests, and remain observant of guests’ needs throughout their dining experience to ensure high-quality service (example: notice a guest needs a drink refill while seating other guests and ensuring the drink is refilled before returning to the Host station);
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers!
Being able to help buss tables with the rest of the FOH team;
