About The Position
Mission Yogurt is seeking an experienced, driven, and hospitality-focused Bartender to join our team and ensure our high standards are met at our award-winning Williams & Graham DIA! Williams & Graham at Denver International Airport brings the charm of an internationally acclaimed cocktail bar to the heart of travel. Known for award-winning cocktails, inventive mixology, and warm, memorable hospitality, we’re looking for a bartender who wants to be part of something truly special. The Bartender prepares and serves quality beverages, provides excellent guest service, maintains a clean bar area, and follows all safety and alcohol service guidelines while supporting a positive team environment.
Requirements
- At least one year of Bartending experience.
- Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction.

- Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.
- Ensures all operating and quality standards are met.
- Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation.
- Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment.
- Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.
- Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and serves quality beverages.
- Provides excellent guest service.
- Maintains a clean bar area.
- Follows all safety and alcohol service guidelines.
- Supports a positive team environment.
- Makes alcoholic beverages using tools and equipment to ensure portioning, quality, and taste standards are met.
- Takes guests' drink orders at the dining room and/or bar counter and places them in the POS system.
- Delivers food and drink orders to customers.
- Keeps the bar counter or assigned working area clean and organized, including tables, chairs, trash cans, bar equipment, floors, and walls.
- Stocks all necessary products during and at the end of the shift.
- Offers excellent service to guests and ensures guest satisfaction with quality products and services.
- Maintains a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.
