About The Position

Copper & Sage at Goodyear Square is hiring Hosts and Hostesses to help guests begin and end their experience positively. The role involves welcoming guests, handling calls and to-go orders, managing the wait list, communicating guest concerns to the Manager, and supporting the team with bussing and sanitizing tables. The position is available part-time and/or full-time, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.

• One year of hosting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Give every guest a warm welcome.
• Answer the telephone, gather information, direct calls, and take to-go orders.
• Communicate guest concerns to the Manager as appropriate.
• Manage the wait list.
• Assist with to-go orders.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Bus and sanitize guest tables after use.
