About The Position

Copper & Sage at Goodyear Square is hiring an energetic, task-oriented Dishwasher to support its kitchen team. The role involves operating an industrial dishwasher, washing items by hand when needed, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and assisting prep cooks and other kitchen staff, especially during busy periods. Responsibilities

Operate the industrial dishwasher.
Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary.
Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
Perform daily cleaning duties.
Follow sanitation policies at all times.
Assist the prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times.
Perform opening, closing, and side work.
Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately.
