About The Position

Demos’ is hiring hosts to join its service staff. The restaurant provides training for the role and offers the opportunity to maximize earning potential. Hosts engage with customers, help support the service team, and contribute to a team-oriented environment. The position is offered for AM shifts, with full-time and part-time schedules available.

Requirements

• A coachable attitude.
• Reliable transportation arrangements.
• Ability to handle high-volume work.

Responsibilities

• Do more than seat customers to create a positive customer experience.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner when they enter the building.
• Help bus tables to increase the tip pool.
• Support other servers in a team-oriented environment by refilling drinks and running food.
• Demonstrate an upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards, and teamwork.
• Handle high-volume work.
