About The Position

Ruth’s Chris is seeking a Host to provide a welcoming and hospitable experience for Guests from arrival through departure. Hosts greet Guests, coordinate arrivals and seating, escort Guests to their tables, answer restaurant calls, and communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members. Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to every Guest who calls or visits the restaurant.
• Coordinate Guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals, seating Guests, and warmly farewelling departing Guests.
• Walk Guests to their tables and engage with them along the way.
• Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with Guests and fellow Team Members.
• Work well with others as a team player.
