About The Position
As a Host / To-Go Specialist, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests dining in or picking up an order. The role combines hosting, takeout support, and customer service to ensure a positive and seamless guest experience. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are available, with full-time or part-time availability and consistent weekly hours.
Requirements
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using POS systems and taking phone orders; training is provided.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused.
Nice To Haves
- Previous host, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Manage the waitlist, reservations, and guest flow efficiently.
- Prepare and package takeout orders accurately and promptly.
- Ensure all to-go items, utensils, and sauces are included.
- Handle phone calls and assist guests with questions or orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and pickup area.
- Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service.
- Provide excellent customer service during busy periods.
