Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the establishment.
• Manage the seating chart and waitlist to optimize table turnover and minimize guest wait times.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and management to coordinate guest seating and special accommodations.
• Answer phone calls to take reservations, provide information about the menu or services, and handle guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area to ensure a professional appearance.
