About The Position
The Package and Freight Specialist is responsible for processing and delivering packages and freight. This role participates in the overall operations of the Business Services Center and Package Room, maintaining service standards in accordance with the 5-Star rating guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a large Resort/Convention hotel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computer technology and software.
- Knowledge of manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment while maintaining service standards in accordance with the 5-Star rating guidelines.
