About The Position

Orange Blossom is seeking passionate, polished, and welcoming Hosts/Hostesses to serve as the first point of contact for guests and set the tone for their experience. The role involves greeting guests, managing reservations and seating, and helping service run smoothly in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Hosts/Hostesses provide exceptional customer service while coordinating with guests and restaurant staff.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Host/Hostess in an upscale or high-volume restaurant.
• Fluent ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to multitask.
• Professional, polished, and confident presence.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing OpenTable or a similar reservation system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable or SevenRooms, anticipating guest needs and noting allergies or special requests.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and introduce guests to their server.
• Maintain the pristine appearance of the host stand and entrance area.
• Handle phone calls with excellent etiquette and manage inquiries and reservations.
