Thermea Spa Village Inc., located near Winnipeg, is a unique Nordic-style spa focused on thermotherapy and relaxation techniques. Requirements

High school diploma
Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Very good physical condition and endurance: working in a standing position for long periods of time, ability to lift 40lbs (18 kg)
Possess positive attitude, autonomy, and dynamism and a high attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of wine characteristics and pairings

Responsibilities

Greets and escorts customers to a table, according to their preference, presents menus, answers question, offers suggestions and pertinent information
Clears, cleans and resets tables
Offers a personalized service and ensures customer satisfaction
Performs rounds to refresh water glasses and maintains table cleanliness
Ensures par levels of required goods are maintained
Performs opening and closing task checklists
Assists in expediting food and beverages
Performs other related duties
