About The Position
The Clare, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Chicago's Gold Coast area, is seeking a compassionate and highly qualified Host/Hostess. This full-time position involves providing outstanding customer service within a luxury residential community and making a difference in residents' lives. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates the wait/buss staff, including ensuring the dining room is properly set up, on time, and professionally.
- Monitors the pace of the dining room through dinner hours to ensure all residents are served in a proper and timely fashion.
