Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly with a positive attitude, providing prompt and attentive service from arrival through departure
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Assist members with menu selections, answer questions about food and beverages, and promote specials or promotions
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
• Maintain cleanliness of host stand, waiting areas, and dining spaces to uphold high standards of hospitality
