About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and capable of managing guest flow efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and service
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Monitor wait times and communicate effectively with guests
• Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
