About The Position
The Host/Hostess helps create a positive atmosphere for employees and customers and delivers friendly, excellent service. The role includes greeting and seating guests, communicating table assignments to servers, answering phones, and helping set, clean, and clear tables. Hosts/Hostesses may also assist with phone and To-Go orders and may be scheduled as a Food Runner, handling food delivery to guests and placing, packing, and finalizing To-Go orders. Opening, closing, and other side duties are also part of the position. The employer says it aims to provide employees with the tools and work environment needed to treat guests like family members.

Responsibilities
