About The Position

Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is seeking a full-time Host/Hostess for the Blue Heron Restaurant. The role serves as the first point of contact for restaurant guests and supports an outstanding food experience through impeccable service. The position offers an opportunity for advancement and requires weekend work, as well as day and evening shifts. Schedules may include evenings and holidays.

Ojo Santa Fe’s mission is to provide genuinely gracious hospitality while stewarding and sharing sacred springs. The resort is a healthy, smoke-free property situated on 90 acres with cottonwood trees and natural springs.

Requirements

• Be attentive, responsive, organized, and friendly.
• Be able to stand for 4–6 hours at a time.
• Be able to work outdoors when the restaurant serves on the deck.
• Be able to climb stairs.
• Work weekends, with schedules that may include evenings and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of fine dining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for restaurant guests.
• Assign and escort guests to their tables.
• Coordinate take-out orders.
• Provide menus.
• Make reservations.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting restaurant servers as needed.
