About The Position

Tommy Bahama is hiring a Host/Hostess to provide hospitality and support an excellent guest dining experience in a full-service restaurant. The role involves greeting guests warmly, helping create a relaxed and welcoming destination, and providing knowledgeable service about food and beverage menus. It also supports a clean and sanitary environment for guests and team members, including monitoring and stocking restroom supplies and maintaining restroom cleanliness. The position may include other duties necessary to support the business. Pay is state minimum wage plus tips.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, or local law.
• Meet the minimum age requirement for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a friendly smile and demonstrate genuine hospitality.
• Provide exceptional service and knowledge of food and beverage menus, including appropriate telephone etiquette and guest greetings.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for team members and guests.
• Monitor and stock restroom supplies and maintain restroom cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as required to support the business.
