About The Position

The Honor Bar in Del Mar, a new restaurant from the Hillstone Restaurant Group, is seeking Maître d’/Greeter candidates to join their opening team. The ideal candidate will possess energy, poise, and an elevated sense of personal style. The restaurant is set to open in mid-July 2026, with pre-opening training and potential work opportunities available. This role offers competitive compensation, including a guaranteed hourly rate of $16.90 plus tip share, and medical/dental benefits after an introductory period. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, and some weekend availability is required.
