About The Position

This role is about creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, not just serving food. Guest Service Support Experts are expected to take initiative and provide a wide range of services to ensure smooth food and beverage operations. This includes setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. Success in this position requires maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. The role involves being on your feet for extended periods, moving across various surfaces, managing menus, and performing physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• No license or certification.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
• Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify information.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
