About The Position
Goose Island Beer Co. is seeking part-time energetic, friendly, and guest-focused Host/Food Runner/Bussers to join the team at their new brewpub location next to the Salt Shed. This new location offers a unique beer and culinary experience with a skyline-backed riverfront patio, alongside Chicago's best new music venue. The establishment prides itself on delivering exceptional service and high-quality dishes and is looking for talented new members to contribute to its success. This is an exciting new opportunity to play a pivotal role in the culinary operations of the establishment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a full service restaurant preferred
- Flexible availability (must be available on weekends)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess current Food Service Sanitation certification
- Full service dining room experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
