About The Position

Levy is a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across 200 plus Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues across the country. The purpose of this role is to provide each banquet guest a memorable and consistent level of “world class” dining experience. Banquet service will be provided in accordance with the following standards, rules and guidelines. Adherence to the guidelines will provide a consistent level of service throughout all locations ensuring our guests the “world class” Levy experience. The “moment of service” – when the food and beverage items are actually placed in front of a guest – is probably the most memorable aspect of our guest’s dining experience. Yet its effect is often overlooked or ignored.
Requirements
- Provide each banquet guest a memorable and consistent level of “world class” dining experience.
- Adhere to service standards, rules and guidelines.
- Ensure guests receive the “world class” Levy experience.
Responsibilities
- Set-up and maintain service area.
- Keep service area clean.
- Get special requests for guests.
- Ensure proper tags are on items as needed.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Must be knowledgeable of daily menu.
- Drop off paperwork to the appropriate offices at the end of the night.
- Anything else requested of you by management.
