About The Position
As an In-Seat Food Runner, you’ll deliver food and beverages directly to courtside guests with speed, accuracy, and top-notch service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math
- Comfortable working independently and on your feet for extended periods
- Prior food service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and drinks promptly to guests using a tray
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each event
- Assist with basic food prep and menu distribution
- Maintain clean and organized service areas
- Help with stand setup and cleanup
- Train new team members as needed
- Complete other tasks as assigned
