About The Position

The United Center is the largest arena in the United States and is located near the West Side of Chicago, Illinois. The United Center hosts concerts, other events, and is home to the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League and the Chicago Bulls of the National Basketball Association. Queenie’s Supper Club is seeking a Part-Time Host with open availability for all United Center events. The Host is the first and last point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth guest seating and comfort throughout their visit.

Requirements

• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and event days
• 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and people skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Must follow Levy’s Responsible Alcohol Service policies
• Comfortable using POS/reservation systems and following venue guidelines

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with courtesy and professionalism
• Operate reservation and table management system
• Maintain knowledge of the floor plan, server sections, and daily specials
• Accommodate special requests (e.g., high chairs, coats)
• Communicate guest feedback to management and support waitstaff
• Escort guests and assist with menu distribution and cleanliness
• Support service team by clearing tables and removing glassware as needed
