About The Position

This union role is based at the United Center—the largest arena in the United States—located near the West Side of Chicago, Illinois. The United Center hosts concerts, other events, and is home to the Chicago Blackhawks (NHL) and the Chicago Bulls (NBA). As a Server Assistant with Levy, you will support servers by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food and beverage delivery, and ensuring guests have a great experience while upholding Levy’s standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Must comply with uniform and professional appearance policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment.
• Support the team by restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
• Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Help monitor guest needs and communicate with servers as necessary.
• Adhere to uniform and presentation standards.
