About The Position

Onsight Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate professionals to join our Hospitality Valet Team at HMH Raritan Bay Medical Center. This full-time position offers a meaningful impact, professional growth, and a positive work environment. The team serves as the first and last impression for patients and guests, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with vehicle services, mobility challenges, and offering wheelchair and escort services. The role requires a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Requirements

Over the age of 18 years old
Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
High school Diploma or GED required
Possess a valid active in-state regular drivers license (No Permits or Probationary License)
Have driven, and maintained, a clean driving record for the past 5 years
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to de-escalate difficult situations and maintain a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.
Ability to adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details.
Ability to work in a stationary position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment.
Ability to move with urgency and speed.
Safely and physically able to lift upwards of 50 lbs.
Ability to effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team.
Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English.

Responsibilities

Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm, friendly demeanor, showing compassion and empathy.
Provide exceptional valet services, ensuring the safety and security of people and their belongings.
Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
Meticulously maintain records, including photos of vehicles and their condition.
Efficiently manage parking logistics adhering to all site requirements and abiding by all traffic laws.
Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthen the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
Other duties as assigned.
