Requirements

Over the age of 18 years old
Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
High school Diploma or GED required
Possess a valid active in-state regular drivers license (No Permits or Probationary License)
Have driven, and maintained, a clean driving record for the past 5 years
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
Ability to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.
Will work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion, supporting your team, and together represent Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility.
Works well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm, friendly demeanor.
Provide exceptional valet services, ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles.
Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
Meticulously maintain records and efficiently manage parking logistics.
Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
Unload/load vehicles.
Operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software.
Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details.
Work in a stationary position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment.
Move with urgency and speed.
Safely and physically lift upwards of 50 lbs.
Effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team.
Speak, read, and write Standard English.
