About The Position

The Valet Greeter Hospitality role is the first and last impression of Atria— setting the tone for a seamless and elevated guest experience. This role combines precision service with warm, anticipatory hospitality, ensuring every arrival and departure feels effortless, personalized, and discreet. The Valet Greeter delivers a seamless, elevated arrival and departure experience by combining warm, anticipatory guest engagement with precise valet execution. Maintains a composed, polished front drive environment, ensures safe and efficient vehicle handling, and collaborates closely with hotel teams to uphold the highest standards of discretion, service excellence, and luxury hospitality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, valet, or guest services position preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally warm, polished demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating a variety of luxury vehicles
  • Ability to remain composed and service-focused under pressure
  • Professional presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional first impression by greeting guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival while going the extra mile
  • Provide seamless valet service, including safe, efficient vehicle handling with meticulous attention to detail
  • Anticipate guest needs—assisting with luggage, coordinating arrivals, and offering thoughtful direction or escort as needed
  • Maintain a refined sense of awareness of guest preferences and special and/ or urgent occasions
  • Collaborate closely with the hospitality and clinical teams to ensure a cohesive, elevated arrival experience
  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and member privacy
  • Ensure the arrival port remains pristine, organized, and welcoming at all times
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members, creating a sense of ease and trust
  • Manage traffic flow with calm efficiency, prioritizing safety while preserving a polished guest experience
  • Act as a calm, solutions-oriented leader during service, ensuring smooth flow and communication across all teams
  • Learn and understand the fundamentals of all clinical testing available at Atria
  • Collaborating with Hospitality management on noting member food and beverage preferences
  • Coordinate special requests from C-Level, Management and Service teams
  • Lead weekly focused around knowledge of the menu (including specials and dietary alternatives) and beverage selections to lead staff by example and assist guests with recommendations and pairings
