About The Position
The Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate provides clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations at the Hermès Naples Boutique. The role supports the client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment and works collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams. The position reports to a member of the store management team. This temporary seasonal position begins in November and continues through December 31. The associate supports boutique hospitality, client flow, sales activities, and the organization and presentation of the selling floor and stock room. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements

- Ability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in alignment with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, including bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stock room.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales efforts.
- Keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar supplies stocked.
- Maintain selling-floor merchandise standards by straightening and filling in merchandise.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
