About The Position

The Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate provides clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations in the Hermès American Dream boutique. The role supports the client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment and works collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams. The position reports to a member of the store management team and runs from November through December 31. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate to support main-floor traffic.
• Support beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
• Provide hospitable services, including bringing coloring books to children.
• Support the sales process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stock room.
• Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar supplies stocked; and maintain merchandise standards by straightening and filling in the selling floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
