This is a market segment ownership role where you will manage a segment of Landing's properties in the Orlando Market. This includes overseeing member experience, property relationships, housekeeping vendors, maintenance, and unit quality. You will manage reservations made through Landing’s platform and OTA partners like Airbnb and Booking.com, build relationships with property partners, resolve member issues across multiple channels, and report on market performance to your Hub Manager. The role is suited for someone with experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, or high-volume hospitality, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, makes decisions with incomplete information, and builds systems while using them.
