The Hospitality Attendant is responsible for maintaining standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments, observing all house and safety rules, food handling procedures, and security procedures. This role involves assisting with inventories, following maintenance programs and cleaning schedules, and performing other duties as assigned. The attendant will welcome, greet, and interact with guests in the breakfast and lobby area, and is responsible for the setup, service, maintenance, and breakdown of the breakfast bar line. This includes preparing specified food items, replenishing food, and assisting in serving food to guests courteously and efficiently.
