The Front Desk Agent is responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing information. This role requires adherence to hotel policies and procedures, including those related to payments and cash handling. The agent will also be responsible for generating and distributing daily reports and resolving room status discrepancies with the housekeeping department. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
