About The Position

Industrious is the largest premium workplace-as-a-service provider, known for creating high-rated workplaces. The company focuses on fostering great days for teams through collaboration and diverse ideas. Industrious is launching Industrious Reserve at Lever House in New York City, a flagship location spanning six floors, managing CBRE’s Investment Management Headquarters, and housing CBRE’s executive leadership team, along with 44 luxury private offices. This location also offers exclusive access to the Lever Club, featuring a lounge, restaurant, event space, and a 13,000-square-foot outdoor terrace. The Hospitality Associate will be crucial in delivering exceptional hospitality at this location, working closely with the Hospitality Manager. This role requires a person fluent in anticipatory service, dedicated to creating memorable experiences, and possessing an eye for detail to impress discerning customers. The Hospitality Associate will be the heart of the member experience, aiming to create a warm, elevated, and customer service-centered environment for everyone at Lever House.

Requirements

  • Hands-On: No task is too large or small. This hands-on work energizes you!
  • Grounded in Luxury Hospitality and Customer Service: Your background in hotels, restaurants, or membership clubs can bring a level of service expertise and polish to Lever House.
  • Experienced in F&B: You have your finger on the pulse of the latest and greatest in the F&B space and have FOH experience. You understand the importance of presentation and quality.
  • Obsessed with the Details: You see what others might miss and elevate the everyday through perfectly executed touches that set the standard for excellence.
  • Adaptable & Collaborative: You thrive in complex environments, moving seamlessly between Industrious, CBRE, Lever Club, and member needs without losing focus.
  • Attentive and Proactive: Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from members, employees, and supervisors. Provide solutions quickly, professionally, and with a strong sense of hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Assist and support in creating a seamless, luxury experience at every touchpoint — from private offices to the cafe and gathering spaces — ensuring members feel both cared for and inspired by your approach to service. You will serve as a physical steward of the workplace and will implement and perfect daily food and beverage displays.
  • Cultivate Community: Build and nurture a network of visionary business leaders and cultural tastemakers who will define the membership and be instrumental in providing the service and standards upon which the community is based.
