The Hospitality Associate position is responsible for providing hospitality and catering services at a client site including conference room set-up, reception assistance and other general office support as needed. This role involves managing conference room schedules, setting up and cleaning rooms, preparing and maintaining beverage stations, managing catering supplies, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and assisting with training new hires. The associate will also provide backup support to Reception and Office Services.
