About The Position

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and relationship-focused Hospitality & Engagement Director to create meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our residents while fostering a warm, welcoming community atmosphere. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building connections, planning events, engaging with seniors, and creating memorable experiences for residents, families, and visitors.

Requirements

• Outgoing, compassionate, and highly organized.
• Passionate about serving older adults.
• Creative and able to develop innovative programs and events.
• Comfortable speaking with residents, families, and community partners.
• Skilled at planning, coordinating, and executing multiple activities and events.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and special events.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in senior living, hospitality, activities, life enrichment, event planning, recreation, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to participate in community outings and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging social, educational, recreational, and wellness programs.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and learn their interests, preferences, and life stories.
• Coordinate community events, family events, celebrations, outings, and special programs.
• Create an exceptional hospitality experience for residents, families, guests, and prospective residents.
• Build partnerships with local organizations, churches, schools, entertainers, and volunteers.
• Support move-ins, tours, marketing events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the community and actively engage with residents daily.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to enhance resident satisfaction and quality of life.
