Engagement Director

Venturity Financial PartnersAddison, TX

About The Position

Venturity is seeking an Engagement Director to serve as the executive relationship owner and strategic leader across complex client engagements. This role sits at the center of our advisory model—ensuring that what we promise, deliver, and sustain for our clients is aligned, effective, and scalable. You will own the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing delivery, and ensure the engagement works end-to-end for both the client and the business. This is not a traditional “client success” or account management role. This is a senior professional services leadership position focused on outcomes, alignment, and accountability.
