About The Position

ESS, Australia's largest food and support services company, is seeking experienced Hospitality or Cleaning Professionals for Fly-In/Fly-Out (FIFO) positions across Western Australia. These roles involve cleaning accommodation rooms, communal buildings, and facilities, including waste removal and basic groundskeeping. Catering professionals will experience diverse dining settings within camp kitchens. These positions are physically demanding and require a good level of fitness, along with a commitment to hygiene and operational excellence.

Requirements

Cleaning or Catering experience
Background in Hospitality, Housekeeping, Industrial or Commercial Cleaning
Thorough understanding of cleaning techniques for various surfaces and areas
Knowledge of handling and using cleaning products and equipment safely
Attention to detail to ensure high cleaning standards
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending and prolonged periods of standing and walking
Capacity to work in hot weather conditions and remote locations
Australian Drivers Licence is a must for Minesite Cleaning, Gardener, Stores and Linen roles
Currently residing in WA and have full work rights
Ability to work 11-hour shifts and, day or night shifts as required
Ability to multi-task and assist in other areas with a positive teamwork approach

Using a range of kitchen utensils, cleaning machines & equipment
